Piece Your Way to Freedom - ONLINE

A workshop that begins with an in depth look at my design philosophy of the essential elements, Variety, Value/Volume & Rest. We begin with an online trunk show of gorgeous quilts that identify all of these elements and how they work together in varying degrees in each quilt. Designed to increase fabric selection confidence so you can shop as well as use up your stash effectively to create stunning dynamic quilts.

Using what we've learned, we will make 3 different intricate quilt blocks with a high focus on piecing accuracy as well as fabric selection. We will talk about accuracy in your cutting, pressing and piecing, to make you a more confident piecer! We'll make blocks from Miss Elizabeth, Kindred Spirit & Haystack. The results are truly amazing, as we see how we can use up different genres in our stash, providing we followed the Variety, Value & Rest theory.
